Hunger Games Dodgeball Tournament returns in November

The University of Guam is holding its second Hunger Games Dodge Ball Tournament at the Calvo Field House in November.

The tournament is being hosted by UOG’s Integrated Marketing Communications office as a means to bring students together to show school pride.

With good old-fashioned competition, students can show-off their dodge ball skills while their fellow Tritons cheer them on.

“We received a lot of positive feedback after last year’s event and it was great seeing students excited to challenge one another,” said Bernadette Capindo, the marketing communications coordinator at UOG. “So we thought, ‘Why not do it again?’”

Students who participate will compete for a variety of prizes, including movie passes to a special screening of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2.”

For more information or to register to participate contact Bernadette Capindo at 735-0219.
